Due to a growing family, the owners needed more space. The existing house was a very small 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow that was originally built in the 1920’s.

Their newly built home doubled in square footage. Their new Santa Barbara home includes 3 bedrooms, including a beautiful and private maser suite with sumptuous bath, large his and hers closets, and two outdoor patios. One off the master, the other off the library There is a formal living and dining room as well as his and hers offices. There is also a large custom designed wine cellar.
